# Terms of use

Last updated 6 November 2026.

## Free tools and guides

The checkers, calculator, link builder and guides are general information, checked against the platforms' published help and reports on the date shown. Platforms change menus and defaults often. They are not legal or financial advice, and results depend on your own accounts. Use them at your own judgement.

## Independence

AI Ads Desk is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Google or Meta. ChatGPT, Google Ads and Meta are trademarks of their owners.

## Setup check

The setup check is a one-off review for the price shown when we send the payment link. We need read-only access you grant; we never ask for passwords. If we can't complete the check, we refund you in full. Refund requests for other reasons are handled case by case within 14 days of payment.

## Liability

We are not responsible for decisions you or the ad platforms make, for platform changes, or for ad results. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us.
